A trainee in charge of port reception at the Harbour Master's Office

As part of its efforts to improve the quality of tourist services on the shores of Lac de Serre-Ponçon, the S.M.A.D.E.S.E.P. is looking for an intern for the 2025 summer season to strengthen its port team.

Main tasks :

The trainee in charge of port reception at the Harbour Master's Office will be responsible for welcoming (physically and by telephone) and informing yachtsmen and visitors.

His/her main tasks will be :

• Welcoming and informing yachtsmen, visitors and professionals about port operations and services.

• Relay and inform boaters about port regulations, navigation rules, port accessibility, lake rating, etc

• Pre-booking requests and providing customers with all the information they need to draw up a port contract.

• Follow-up and send e-mails to customers to manage reservation requests.

• Communicate and report to the port team on specific requests from boaters requiring modifications to established contracts.

In addition to these tasks, you will work with the port team to ensure the smooth administrative and commercial running of the Capitainerie du lac de Serre-Ponçon. Reporting to the Site Manager and working with the various members of the team, you will contribute to the improvement and implementation of marketing actions, the communication of news and the implementation of digital tools to improve information for customers/boaters.

Profile: Bac+2 level, BTS in tourism, hospitality or commerce.
