The services to be provided under this future Délégation de Service Public (Public Service Delegation) will be as follows:
A minimum 4-month operation, preferably between June 1 and September 30,
The only requirement will be the high quality of the service offered (wine bar, tapas bar, oyster bar, cocktail bar, bistronomy, etc.),
A minimum entry fee of €30,000, corresponding to the unamortized portion of the additional assets acquired under the amicable termination agreement signed with the previous concessionaire,
A fee based on a fixed portion (€5,000, then €500/month after 4 months in business) and a variable portion (based on sales).
