We would like to remind our customers that the use of mooring buoys or pontoon berths requires a harbor rental contract. This contract covers the "off-season" period from January 1 to June 30 and from September 1 to December 31 of the calendar year for customers who do not have a "season" contract.
Any unauthorized occupation of these public facilities is subject to the penalties set out in the SMADESEP's port regulations, and may even be punishable by a "contravention de grande voirie".
