The price scale voted in 2024 remains unchanged in 2025. Only the off-season contracts will change, not in amount but in structure. A breakdown of off-season rates was voted on December 11, 2024 by the SMADESEP Board of Directors in deliberation 2024-57(https://www.smadesep.com/smadesep/actions-resultats/publications-actes/deliberations).
Previously, off-season contracts were flat-rate (01/01 to 05/31 and 01/10 to 12/31). From now on, users will be able to take out off-season contracts on a monthly or weekly basis.
Secondly, the grounding fee has been abolished to comply with the internal regulations prohibiting grounding.
In addition, an administration fee has been introduced, which will be applied to requests for changes to port contracts.
On-line payment via the SMADESEP website, using the invoice number, will be operational from 2025. Explanations will be provided when contracts and invoices are sent out.
Finally, as the number of season contracts (01/06 to 30/09) continues to increase from year to year, it has been decided to market them only from January 1 to March 31 each year.
