As part of these missions, the S.M.A.DE.SE.P. is in charge of project management for the creation and development of the shores of Lac de Serre-Ponçon: nautical, port and beach facilities, etc
Aware that climate change will increase pressure on water resources and increase the frequency of extreme drought phenomena, the S.M.A.DE.SE.P. has defined a resilient development plan for Lac de Serre-Ponçon with local stakeholders, with the first priorities to be implemented over the next 5 years.
This context has led the S.M.A.DE.SE.P. to recruit a "Communication" project manager, who will enable the syndicate to better support the implementation of this plan.
Duties / working conditions
Reporting directly to the Director, you will strengthen the team's technical capacity by carrying out the following tasks:
- Contribute to the coordination and communication required for the implementation of the Lac de Serre-Ponçon resilience plan, programmed at 18.5 M€ HT over the period 2024-2030;
- Manage the S.M.A.DE.SE.P.'s institutional and tourism communication initiatives, including :
o management of the establishment's digital tools (website, social networks, etc.) ;
o signage and tourist displays on the banks of the reservoir;
o production of Newsletters for various target audiences (institutional and socio-professional players, port public, general public).
- Prepare and monitor applications for tourist certification sought by the syndicat mixte (blue flag, tourism and disability, quality yachting);
- Support the commercial activities of the establishment (marketing approach), in support of the Serre-Ponçon port service;
- Lead the extra-union "Communication and Marketing" committee.

Profiles sought
With a degree in communications, local development or business, you will have experience in project management, ideally in the public sector. Knowledge of the nautical sector (port or seaside operations) is an asset in terms of the expectations of the position.
You have a good command of digital mediation tools (Internet, social networks), with strong writing and interpersonal skills. The production of communication materials must be the result of gathering information from the structure's staff, in the service of an order defined by the union's management and executive.
Your organizational skills, thoroughness, ability to summarize and curiosity will be particularly appreciated.
