On November 5, members of the Local Council of Marina Users (CLUPP) of Lac de Serre-Ponçon met at the Capitainerie in Savines-le-Lac to take stock of port management for the 2025 season.
The CLUPP was created in 2019, and is made up of boaters drawn at random from reservations made on the www.smadesep.com website and the mayors of the communes bordering Lac de Serre-Ponçon.
These randomly selected boaters are invited to take part in this review, to find out about the season's figures and, above all, to get their opinions on future developments and improvements for the coming seasons.
To complement its approach to improving port services, SMADESEP has sent a satisfaction questionnaire to all boaters present in 2025 to gather their opinions.
A few figures:
Revenues in 2025, excluding dry docks, will amount to around €295,000 excluding VAT (€354,000 including VAT), i.e. +6% compared with 2024. This represents average sales of €368.18 per berth.
The lake's clientele is predominantly French, from the southern region, with a preponderance of Hautes-Alpes users accounting for 75% of total bookings. The proportion of boaters from the Hautes-Alpes is stable compared to last year.
As far as foreign customers are concerned, those from Benelux are the most present, representing around 12% of rental contracts in 2025.
Across all ports in 2025, there will be an increase in short and off-season contracts, with a slight decrease in "in-season" contracts (from 01/06 to 30/09).
