For the past 40 years, the Pavillon Bleu Francelabel , developed by the Teragir association, has been awarded annually to beaches and marinas that adopt practices that respect the environment and people.
By 2025, nearly 500 sites in France had been awarded the label, meeting almost 50 criteria to protect ecosystems and health: waste and water management, clean bathing water, soft mobility, environmental education...
