The Syndicat Mixte d'Aménagement et de Développement de Serre-Ponçon (S.M.A.DE.SE.P.) is recruiting a project manager to draw up and lead a development plan for the Serre-Ponçon lake.

As part of this mission, the S.M.A.DE.SE.P. is in charge of creating and developing the banks of the Lac de Serre-Ponçon: nautical, port and bathing facilities, etc
The S.M.A.DE.SE.P. is aware that climate change will increase pressure on water resources and increase the frequency of extreme drought phenomena, and wishes to work with local stakeholders to launch a new phase in the development of the lake, which they expect to be highly resilient.

In this context, the S.M.A.DE.SE.P. is recruiting a project manager to draw up and lead a "resilient" development plan for Lake Serre-Ponçon (M/F).

Responsibilities

Placed under the hierarchical responsibility of the Director and in liaison with the "Tourism" project manager, you will ensure the elaboration and animation of a "resilient" development plan for Lake Serre-Ponçon.
You will be responsible for :

  • Draw up the development plan for Lac de Serre-Ponçon, involving
    technical and economic studies of the projects, carrying out or analyzing pre-operational
    (opportunity, feasibility, etc.) and operational studies;
  • Work with the S.M.A.DE.SE.P. team to coordinate this development plan, in particular by
    institutional and professional players in the area: drawing up a schedule, planning task
    planning, task management planning, coordination of consultation and
    and communication in relation to communal, inter-communal and even
    departmental projects;
  • Manage the development of public spaces and infrastructures
    from feasibility and drafting of the project management program to the end of the
    completion guarantee;
  • Occasionally, you will be in charge of in-house project management for small-scale operations
    operations.

    Profile:

    With a higher education background in building or civil engineering, you have experience in project management, project supervision and/or construction management, ideally in the public sector. Expertise in maritime or aquatic works (port or seaside operations) would be an asset in view of the expectations of the position.
    You have a good command of the rules and techniques involved in the implementation of public works projects, particularly in terms of regulations (public procurement code, general building regulations).
    You know how to manage a project, coordinate contractors on a site and lead meetings.
    Your organizational skills, thoroughness, negotiating skills and curiosity will be particularly appreciated.

    Recruitment conditions :
  • 1-year fixed-term contract, between November 1, 2022 and October 31, 2023,
  • 39h00 per week (with RTT),
  • Full-time work,
  • Remuneration according to profile and experience,
  • Position based in Savines-le-Lac (05160),
  • Driving license required
