FFVoile SUD League Cup

A major event organized by the CDV 05! Come and cheer on 450 young runners, and share in our sporting, educational and environmental values. Over 1,500 participants expected!

The Coupe de la Ligue Sud de voile is a major regional sailing event taking place on June 6 and 7, 2026 on the Lac de Serre-Ponçon, between Embrun and Savines-le-Lac, in the heart of the Southern Alps.

The event is part of a strong regional dynamic: it enhances the sporting and tourist image of the Hautes-Alpes and introduces the general public and participants alike to an exceptional sailing site, bordered by mountains and overlooked by the emblematic peaks of the Morgon massif.

The Finale takes place on Lake Serre-Ponçon, between Chanteloube Bay, Embrun and Savines-le-Lac, in a spectacular mountain setting. The temperature differences between day and night generate a westerly thermal breeze almost every day, providing regular, ideal conditions for racing, but modulated by the terrain, which can locally disturb the wind and demand tactical finesse from the racers.
